Dickstein Says Britannica IP Malpractice Suit Is Too Late

Law360, Washington (August 5, 2011, 5:57 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for Dickstein Shapiro LLP told a Washington federal judge Friday that Encyclopedia Britannica Inc.'s claims that the firm is guilty of manifest negligence in handling the publisher's intellectual property are past the statute of limitations and cannot stand regardless.
