Meritor Gets No Damages In Eaton Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 5, 2011, 4:36 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge on Thursday awarded Meritor Transmission Corp. no damages in its successful antitrust suit against Eaton Corp., denying Meritor’s bid to reconsider the exclusion of expert testimony that had valued the company’s damages in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
