Law360, New York (August 05, 2011, 6:15 PM ET) -- A trio of U.S. power transformer makers on Thursday told the U.S. International Trade Commission that their South Korean rivals are harming domestic manufacturers by selling transformers at prices below fair value.
ABB Inc., Delta Star Inc. and Pennsylvania Transformer Technologies Inc. presented their allegations to the ITC a day after the U.S. Department of Commerce agreed to examine the companies' claims that South Korea-based Hyundai Heavy Industries and Hyosung Corp. are pushing them out of the large power transformer industry.
