Fed. Circ. Invalidates Stroller Patent In Target Case

Law360, New York (August 5, 2011, 4:16 PM EDT) -- Reversing a lower court's decision, the Federal Circuit ruled Friday that a baby stroller patent held by Joovy LLC and asserted against Target Corp. is invalid as anticipated.

The Northern District of Texas had found that the patent was not anticipated but was unenforceable because it was acquired through inequitable conduct.
