Law360, San Diego (August 5, 2011, 6:27 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal court on Friday granted the partial dismissal of a Catholic educational programming foundation’s malpractice and breach of contract suit against Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice PLLC alleging it missed a deadline to appeal the denial of a broadcasting license in Las Vegas and made errors on other license applications.
