Stanford Victims Want High Court Arbitration Ruling

Law360, New York (August 05, 2011, 7:34 PM ET) -- A group of investors said Friday they had asked the U.S. Supreme Court whether they could pursue arbitration against four brokers who sold them certificates of deposit issued by Robert Allen Stanford's Ponzi scheme after a federal appeals court ruled they must go through the court-supervised claims process.
