Companies' Letter Demands Biologic Bill Passage

Law360, New York (June 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In anticipation of an upcoming markup session, about 70 companies, associations and unions sent a letter sent to the two top members of the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions, urging them to create a pathway for generic or follow-on biologic products.
