FTC Says NY Pharmacy Choice Bill Could Curb Competition

Law360, New York (August 8, 2011, 5:07 PM EDT) -- Proposed New York legislation designed to boost patients' ability to chose where their prescriptions are filled could have the unintended consequence of limiting competition, resulting in higher drug prices, the Federal Trade Commission said Monday.
