Dodgers Get $150M DIP Loan From MLB

Law360, New York (August 8, 2011, 5:21 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Monday gave the green light for the Los Angeles Dodgers to borrow $150 million from Major League Baseball after the once-proud franchise, bleeding cash, struck out on a bid to borrow from a hedge fund.
