Insurers Shake Some Claims In $5M Chinese Drywall Suit

Law360, New York (August 08, 2011, 5:59 PM ET) -- A Virginia federal judge handed Hanover Insurance Co. and Citizens Insurance Co. of America partial summary judgment Monday in homebuilder Dragas Management Corp.'s suit seeking payment of a $4.9 million judgment entered against the insurers' client for the installation of defective Chinese drywall.
