Law360, New York (August 08, 2011, 6:32 PM ET) -- Three environmental groups asked the Ninth Circuit on Monday to review a Montana federal judge's decision to dismiss their case against the federal government over the delisting of gray wolves from the endangered species list.
Last week, U.S. District Judge Donald W. Molloy threw out two cases claiming that Congress' reissuance of a 2009 rule delisting the wolves was unconstitutional and violated the separation of powers.
