SC Gov. Dodges Boeing Unions' Suit

Law360, New York (August 8, 2011, 8:04 PM EDT) -- South Carolina governor and noted union opponent Nikki Haley on Monday escaped a suit by unions alleging she and the state labor department's director made public comments to prevent workers from joining or organizing labor groups at a Boeing Co. manufacturing plant and elsewhere.
