Judge Trims Some Claims In Mercedes Consumer Action

Law360, New York (August 9, 2011, 12:58 PM EDT) -- A proposed class action accusing Mercedes-Benz USA LLC of failing to disclose potential safety problems in its SL500 sports car survived a dismissal attempt by Mercedes on Monday, although a California federal judge threw out some of the plaintiff's claims.
