Sony Data Breach Suits Consolidated In Calif.

Law360, Washington (August 9, 2011, 1:13 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Monday elected to consolidate 18 cases over Sony Corp.'s alleged failure to safeguard the personal and financial data of its online video game network customers into an MDL in California.
