McGowan Seeks Reconsideration In Contamination Dispute

Law360, New York (August 9, 2011, 8:21 PM EDT) -- McGowan Working Partners Inc. asked a Texas federal court on Tuesday to reconsider its judgment that the company was contractually obligated to indemnify Eland Energy Inc. against cross-claims brought in property owners' litigation over environmental contamination at a Louisiana oil field.
