Ex-Worker Hits Princeton Club With $10M Bias Suit

Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 12:32 PM EDT) -- A former payroll manager for the Princeton Club of New York filed a $10 million race and age discrimination suit against the the social organization Monday in New York state court, alleging that it is biased against older Hispanic workers.

Jo-Ann Garcia, 51, says she worked at the Manhattan club for Princeton University alumni for 29 years, and claims she was fired in March and replaced with a young white woman.
