Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 1:55 PM EDT) -- A former Seyfarth Shaw LLP attorney accused of engineering illegal tax shelters filed a $90 million lawsuit Monday in Illinois alleging a former partner at KPMG LLP and a web of conspirators breached their contracts and usurped his distressed assets business in Brazil.
