Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 2:08 PM ET) -- U.S. Aerospace Inc. said Tuesday that a California federal court should toss a securities suit against its officers because plaintiffs used confidential information gleaned by law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in building their case.
