Burst.com Opposes Apple's Motion In Patent Battle

Law360, New York (June 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Burst.com Inc. has opposed Apple Computer Inc.'s motion to for a summary judgment declaring the media delivery technology company's patents for technology used in iTunes, iPods and QuickTime streaming products invalid.

Apple filed a motion for summary judgment in February stating that if the court adopted its claim construction argument, it should find that Apple could not have infringed Burst's patents.
