Law360, Washington (August 10, 2011, 3:53 PM ET) -- An ex-Smith & Nephew Inc. technology executive sought Wednesday to compel the medical device company to produce sales data in a whistleblower suit in Tennessee alleging it misrepresented the country of origin of products sold to the federal government in violation of the Trade Agreements Act.
