7th Circ. Nixes CUNA Sick Leave Action

Law360, Washington (August 10, 2011, 6:04 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday affirmed the dismissal of a putative class action brought by a group of executives over CUNA Mutual Insurance Society's changes to their health care plan regarding credit toward unused paid sick leave.
