Bayer, Lilly False Ad Row Over Pet Meds To Stay In NY

Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 7:56 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday shot down Eli Lilly & Co.’s request to transfer Bayer HealthCare LLC’s false advertising and unfair competition suit over pet medicine marketing to Indiana federal court.

U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein issued a short order denying Eli Lilly’s motion to move the case from the Southern District of New York to the Southern District of Indiana.
