Law360, New York (August 11, 2011, 1:16 PM ET) -- Insurance brokerage and financial services firm Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. on Wednesday settled a collective action in Illinois alleging it failed to properly pay benefit consulting analysts overtime, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
The terms of the settlement were confidential, and counsel for the parties did not immediately return requests for comment Thursday.
