Adobe, IBM, Others Sued Over Networking Patents

Law360, New York (August 11, 2011, 5:51 PM ET) -- Canadian patent-licensing company Mosaid Technologies Inc. sued Adobe Systems Inc., Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc., IBM Corp. and four other companies on Tuesday in Delaware alleging their software products, among others, infringe two of its computer networking patents.

Mosaid filed the suit against Adobe, Alcatel-Lucent, IBM, Juniper Networks, Inc., NetApp Inc., Red Hat Inc. and VMware Inc., alleging the companies infringe U.S. Patent Numbers 6,505,241 and 5,892,914.
