Law360, New York (August 11, 2011, 4:34 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors on Wednesday asked a California federal judge to again deny a request from the former CEO of SK Foods LP to block evidence taken during the FBI's investigation into allegations that he fixed tomato prices.
Former tomato magnate Frederick Salyer is hoping the court will reconsider a February order denying his motion to suppress evidence he claims an ex-employee-turned-informant stole from SK Foods and gave to the FBI.
