NY Price-Fixing Claims Kept Alive In LCD MDL

Law360, San Diego (August 11, 2011, 9:44 PM ET) -- The California federal judge overseeing antitrust multidistrict litigation related to liquid crystal display panels on Tuesday advanced part of the state of New York’s case alleging LG Display Co. Ltd. and others engaged in a global price-fixing conspiracy between 1996 and 2006.
