NLRB Drawn Into Verizon, Union Labor Fight

Law360, San Diego (August 12, 2011, 9:39 PM EDT) -- Verizon Communications Inc. and a union representing 35,000 of its employees on strike over a failed contract negotiation fired off unfair labor practice charges against each other Friday with the National Labor Relations Board in New York, New Jersey and Maryland.
