Indirect Purchasers Certified In Wellbutrin Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 15, 2011, 6:58 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday granted class certification to a group of indirect purchasers of Wellbutrin XL and its generic equivalent in a suit that accuses drugmakers Biovail Corp. and GlaxoSmithKline PLC of lodging baseless patent suits to delay the generic competition for the popular antidepressant.
