Chapman & Cutler Adds Ex-Howe Barnes General Counsel

Law360, New York (August 15, 2011, 5:00 PM EDT) -- Chapman and Cutler LLP has welcomed back a former Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett general counsel to its corporate and securities practice in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.

Matthew C. Boba, who started as partner on Aug. 1, returned to Chapman and Cutler more than 20 years after launching his practice there in 1987.
