Ex-Madoff Aide Wants Out Of 'Excessive' House Arrest

Madoff's longtime associate, who is awaiting trial for her alleged role in the biggest known Ponzi scheme ever, asked a New York federal court Monday to release her from house arrest because she says the confinement is unconstitutionally excessive.
