Food Network Hits Back In Producer's Contract Suit

Law360, New York (August 15, 2011, 9:13 PM ET) -- The Food Network hit former “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives” producer Page Television & Video Productions Inc. with a $1.5 million countersuit in a breach of contract case Thursday in Minnesota, alleging Page's president made working conditions intolerable with profane, abusive emails.

Television Food Network GP lodged its answer and counterclaims in Minnesota federal court, where Page filed a breach of contract suit in May alleging that the Food Network failed to provide the services of “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives” host Guy Fieri and make payments required...
