Vampire Weekend Settles With Album Cover Model

Law360, San Diego (August 15, 2011, 8:48 PM ET) -- Vampire Weekend Inc. on Friday resolved a $2 million suit brought by a model in California federal court alleging the popular indie rock band illegally profited from using her image on the cover of its second album, "Contra."
