Deepwater Fund Admin Says Claims Don't Need Oversight

Law360, New York (August 15, 2011, 11:04 PM ET) -- The administrator for BP PLC's claims fund for a putative class of Deepwater Horizon oil spill victims fired back Monday in Louisiana federal court against calls for more oversight of the claims process, saying a special master was unwarranted and would slow the fund's progress.
