Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 1:24 PM ET) -- A bodybuilding supplement maker struck a settlement with rival Nutrex Research Inc. in New Jersey on Monday, resolving unfair competition and misappropriation claims alleging Nutrex falsely claimed one of its supplements contained a molecule patented by the plaintiff.
