Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 2:18 PM ET) -- Online gaming company Zynga Inc. was hit with a new patent suit Wednesday in Delaware federal court, with competitor Agincourt Gaming LLC alleging infringement of two patents and seeking an injunction shutting down Zynga's popular games.
Agincourt, a newcomer to the online gaming space that operates a game called Pantheon, claims Zynga games like FarmVille infringe two patents for credits-based gaming and prize redemption.
