Prada, Ecco Latest To Challenge Gender-Based Duties

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 2:01 PM ET) -- Prada SA and Ecco USA Inc. on Wednesday became the latest clothing importers to challenge gender-based tariffs, filing lawsuits in the U.S. Court of International Trade that say such duties are unconstitutional.
