Schwab Settles Web Communication Patent Claims

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 3:27 PM ET) -- The Charles Schwab Corp. on Wednesday exited a patent infringement suit filed by Ganas LLC in Texas against a host of finance, communications and technology companies, after the two parties reached a settlement agreement.
