Costco Takes A Stand Against PAGA In Seating Suit

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 1:11 PM ET) -- Costco Wholesale Corp. on Wednesday urged a federal judge to nix a putative class action over its failure to provide cashiers with seats, asking the court to deem California's Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 unconstitutional.
