HHS Unveils Standardized Health Insurance Forms

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 7:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services on Wednesday released proposed rules that would require insurers to provide consumers with a clearer and more consistent explanation of health plan benefits and coverage in accordance with federal health care reform law.
