Providence Off The Hook For Superfund Defense Costs

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 1:20 PM EDT) -- A Rhode Island judge ruled Tuesday that Providence Washington Insurance Co. Inc. isn't required to contribute to reimbursement paid by fellow insurer Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. Inc. to cover a policyholder's defense costs in a pair of Superfund cleanup liability lawsuits.
