Law360, New York (August 19, 2011, 2:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently issued an advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) inviting public comment on the agency's development and implementation of a new compensation data collection tool. The purpose of the new data collection tool is "to provide insight into potential problems of pay discrimination by contractors[.]"
