Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 6:38 PM ET) -- Dell Inc. became the latest company on Thursday to settle with Walker Digital LLC in an infringement suit over two patents related to selling a package of products for a single price.
U.S. District Judge Gregory M. Sleet signed off on a stipulated order of dismissal by Walker Digital agreeing to drop all claims against Dell. Dell has also agreed to drop counterclaims against Walker Digital, according to the order. The order didn't include any details of the agreement.
