Warner Bros. Sued Over 'Christmas Story' Figurine

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 8:50 PM EDT) -- The actor who starred as bully Scut Farkus in the 1983 film "A Christmas Story," sued Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and Enesco LLC in California on Tuesday for allegedly creating a figurine based on the character without his permission.

Zach Ward, who was 13 when the movie was filmed, claims Warner Bros. and Enesco knowingly created a Scut Farkus figurine bearing his likeness in violation of a 1983 union agreement.
