Law360, New York (August 19, 2011, 3:05 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Thursday entered a $10.1 million final judgment in favor of patent-holding company Alexsam Inc. after a jury found in February that telecommunications company IDT Corp. infringed its patents for gift card technology.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Charles Everingham IV denied IDT's motion for a new trial on damages, along with most of the company's motions for judgment as a matter of law.
