NetStar's ICE Contract Bid Protest Stays Alive

Law360, Washington (August 19, 2011, 2:28 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday refused to throw out a bid protest by NetStar-1 Government Consulting Inc., rejecting the government's claims that the protest is moot because the contracting officer agreed to reopen the investigation.
