Law360, Chicago (August 19, 2011, 4:36 PM ET) -- An Illinois appeals court handed victory Tuesday to Illinois Tool Works Inc. in its suit aiming to secure defense cost reimbursement from two insurers for an environmental liability lawsuit it faced in Colorado federal court.
