ConnectU Founders Want More Info On Zuckerberg IMs

Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 4:21 PM EDT) -- ConnectU Inc.'s founders, whose suit accusing Mark Zuckerberg of stealing the basic idea for Facebook was recently tossed, asked a federal court in Boston on Friday to delve into whether potentially critical instant messages were intentionally withheld during discovery.

Cameron Winklevoss, Tyler Winklevoss and Divya Narendra argue that the court should determine whether the IMs at issue were intentionally suppressed in order to ascertain what, if any, relief they were entitled to.
