Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 2:49 PM ET) -- GetFugu Inc. filed suit in California state court Thursday alleging that Patton Boggs LLP and Cummins & White LLP pursued frivolous securities and racketeering claims as part of a scheme to usurp its patents and destroy the mobile device technology company.
