Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 8:11 PM ET) -- The former chief financial officer of Veritas Software Corp. asked a California federal court Friday to toss regulators' claims that he manipulated earnings reports, part of a larger suit accusing him and others of lying to auditors about a $50 million licensing deal with AOL Inc.
