Judge Needs Evidence To Keep Formosa In PVC Pipe Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 22, 2011, 8:20 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday gave attorneys 10 days to flesh out claims linking Formosa Plastics Corp. USA to a whistleblower suit lodged by a former employee of J-M Manufacturing Co. over allegedly faulty PVC piping sold to the government.

The judge threatened to toss the lawsuit against Formosa for good if more evidence wasn't presented.
